This week marks the first official week of our Ironman training plan with 10ironwomen. The plan is split into 3 phases with 10 weeks in each phase. Exercise Release

Today is recognised as World Mental Health Day and in support I have written a post about the connection between mental health and exercise as a release. Dive In with Speedo

On Saturday I went to the Speedo Dive In session at Ironmonger Row Baths. I have actually never been to this pool before despite being a member of Better Gyms so it was good to check out the 25metre pool. GB Olympic Triathlon Team

A quick post as the Rio 2016 GB Olympic Triathlon Team was announced this morning. The Olympic distance Triathlon includes a 1500m swim, 40km cycle and a 10km run. The Rio Triathlon will take place in Fort Copacabana which means the swim will take place in the sea.
